I love what I do and take the responsibility of having access to your most personal and vulnerable stories and feelings very seriously. It's genuinely an honor! I am a dedicated bilingual therapist who has spent the last decade focused on learning and improving my skills. You are the expert of your own life, and I'm here as an experienced, willing, and capable guide to assist you in achieving what your heart desires most: clarity and healing. My focus and expertise include but are not limited to meaning and shame, life transitions, healthy relationships, all things dating and breakups, grief, body image, self-esteem, pre/post bariatric, ACOA (adult children of alcoholics), depression, anxiety, and healthy coping. Getting a bit more personal, I am a comedian at heart, dedicated to being the best version of myself as a mother, friend, family member, and professional. 

I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize your own emotional well-being over a relationship or situation. I have been there! I've sat in that "client's chair," sharing my own vulnerable experiences and feelings. I've needed to confront my own mistakes and shortcomings.
